Liberty Gardens is a 2024-built apartment community at the Northwest edge of Wichita, offering the perfect blend of city convenience and country living, featuring luxury one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Liberty Gardens is located in the Maize schools district, a short drive to New Market Square, where you’ll find many big-name stores, multiple dining options, the Regal IMAX theater, and a little further away is the Auburn Hills Golf Course, Sedgwick County Zoo, and access to US-400 and I-235 highways.

The security deposit is $500, the application fee is $50 per adult, and there is a $175 redecoration fee. Management bills the resident for water and trash service and a monthly $12 liability-only renters insurance fee; the resident is responsible for electricity. Garages are available for $95, and carports are available for $35 monthly.

Pet Policy

Two pets up to 50 lbs each are welcome at Liberty Gardens. A one-time nonrefundable $200 pet fee, a one-time fully refundable $300 pet deposit, and a monthly $35 pet rent per pet are required. Some breed restrictions apply; contact us for more details about our pet policy.
